On February 24, 2017, the Texas Medical Board and Respiratory Care Board confirmed PICC Lines, Peripheral Line, and Venipuncture are included in the Respiratory Care Practitioner’s Scope of Practice in Texas.
To provide needed education for members, the Texas Society for Respiratory Care (TSRC) will be offering the TSRC Peripheral Access Training Course on October 1, 2017
The program is being sponsored by the TSRC, Teleflex, and UT Southwestern Medical Center
Space is limited to only 65 attendees, the first 65 individuals who meet the following criteria will have a seat reserved:
