REGISTRATION POLICIES:
Student registrants will not receive continuing education certificates.  No one under the age of 13 will be allowed in the seminars or exhibit area.  Spouses may register on-site only, at a cost of $25.00.

Members of the Management and Education Sections will receive a $10.00 discount.

Non-member registrants may save money by joining the TSRC and registering as a member. TSRC and AARC members must present current membership numbers to receive member discounts.

Students of other allied health specialties who do not qualify in any of the categories may register at the student member rate upon presentation of a current and valid membership card from their professional society.

A refund of 60% of the registration fee will be made if written notification is provided prior to the June 1, 2007 deadline for pre-registration.  No refund can be made after that date, however, an individual may be replaced upon written request.

A maximum of 14 CERTs can be awarded with two-day registration and up to 6 hours Sleep Continuing Education Hours.

Payment of TSRC Convention fee allows for entry into the Polysomnography Seminar on Wednesday June 27th at 9:00 am. Polysomnography Seminar is open to all upon payment of fees. Payment of Polysomnography fee allows for entry into Exhibit Hall during the Grand Opening of the Exhibits on Wednesday, June 27 from 5:30-7:30 pm ONLY.
