RESERVATIONS:
Hotel reservations should be made by telephone to the hotel directly. Special rates are available to all individuals referencing the Texas Society for Respiratory Care when making room reservations. In order for the TSRC to meet its room block commitment, reservations must be made by Monday, June 4, 2007. The TSRC does not receive acknowledgment for reservations made after Monday, June 4, 2007.

ROOM RATES:
The special room rates listed below will be extended three days before and after the dates of the conference, subject to availability.

DEPOSIT:
One night's deposit will be required for all room reservations.  After the individual room reservations have been made, any changes should be directed to the hotel's Reservation Department. Call the hotel directly to secure convention rates.

CUT-OFF DATE:
All reservations must be made by Monday, June 4, 2007.  After this date, reservations will be handled on a space available basis.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in time is 3:00 pm.  For guests arriving before check-in time, every effort will be made to accommodate requests.

Check-out time is 12:00 noon.  Requests to retain rooms beyond that hour should be directed to the hotel's front desk.  Depending on availability, a late departure charge may be applied.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:
Room/bed types, connecting rooms, specific locations, etc. cannot be guaranteed.  Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, subject to availability on arrival.
